1.Overview of the composition of hot dip galvanizing furnace
1.1 zinc kettle
According to the workpiece size and production requirements, the size of the zinc kettle would be 2400×1590×900mm
(length×width×depth).

1.2 Zinc kettle heating equipment: Resistance wire heating rod
The zinc galvanizing furnace adopts the special hot-dip galvanized heating rod made of international advanced
resistance wire material, which has high efficiency and long service life. The heaters are respectively utilized with
SSR modules, and intelligent instruments are used to control the power regulator to achieve continuous heating
power adjustment from zero to full load. This scheme has high control precision, no fault, maintenance-free, and no
pollution to the power grid.
1.3electrical control system
The intelligent temperature controller control system is used for operation. When the medium temperature approaches
the set value, the electric heating control system performs PID calculation based on the temperature sensor signal at the
output port and automatically adjusts the temperature control system. The system equipment has digital current display,
automatic temperature control display, branch heating plate temperature control display, leakage protection device, and
temperature control over temperature alarm device, which can achieve high-precision temperature control. By using fuzzy
rules for PID regulation, hot dip galvanizing furnace has the characteristics of no overshoot, high accuracy, simple parameter
determination, and good control effect on complex objects

3.Post-sales Service
The HDG furnace is warranted for 13 months from the date of shipment. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or
replacing the broken parts if faults are caused by manufacture defects, but damages caused by faulty operation by the workers
are to be repaired by the buyer itself or by the seller at a certain rate of charge. (Easy-worn parts, and natural consumption of
high temperature parts are not included in the warranty.)
