1. Application
The zinc galvanizing furnace is comprised of furnace body, heating element,
zinc kettle and electric control system.
The upper part of the furnace box is control circuit, and the lower part is
the power circuit. The furnace body is mainly composed of main body, heating
element and zinc tank. The shell of the furnace body is welded by section steel
and steel plate, which is composed of various light refractory materials, and
the melting chamber is assembled with ceramic fiber modules.
2. Furnace Structure
The furnace cover is made of refractory fiber cotton of Isolite Japanese brand,
which has good thermal insulation, convenient maintenance and long service life.
The furnace bottom is equipped with anti-seepage layer to prevent leakage of molten zinc.

5.What is hot dip zinc galvanizing process?
The zinc galvanizing furnace involves a zinc kettle which is to keep molten zinc liquid. And the
parts are kept in the zinc kettle so as to be galvanized. The zinc kettle is made of special steel
material with low carbon and silicon contents. It is of grade XG08 from Ansteel which has the
strength to overcome the collision of zinc, and can ensure high temperature.
