1. Summary
The robot type aluminum ingot stacking machine is used to stack the aluminum ingots with the robot, and it is
equipped with Japan Kawasaki 6-axis robot with 180kg lifting capacity. The robot brand could be also customized
based on the customer’s needs. The robot type ingot casting machine is very stable in performance and save human labor.
2.Main parameters
2.1. Effective size of Grab: 700 length×800mm (open size or customized); 2.2. The following drawing shows one stacking robot working with two ingot casting lines.
The robot could work with 1 line or 2 lines at the same time.
3. Main Functions
3.1 Automatically grab the aluminum ingot and stack it at the specified position (or stack it to the conveying line and ingot drying line).
3.2 Multiple stacking layers are preset in the device to facilitate the setting of aluminum ingot stacking layers in the casting process.
3.3 The aluminum ingot casting machine is set with a temporary placement point, which can be placed at the temporary placement point for continuous production in case of failure of the conveying line.
3.4 The stacking robot rotates 90 degrees each time, respectively 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees and 270 degrees (or 0 degrees and 90 degrees), so as to make the four corners of the whole stack flat.
3.5 Each layer consists of 7 aluminum ingots ( 7 aluminum ingots are grabbed each time), and the total weight does not exceed 55kg.
3.6The aluminum ingot stacker is equipped with pause function. In case of abnormal conditions, the worker can pause at any time. After eliminating the abnormalities, press start directly, and the robot continues the last unfinished stacking process.
3.7 After emergency stop, the aluminum ingot casting machine can be directly started to re-stack, minimizing the need for manual intervention after failure.
3.8 The aluminum ingot casting line has perfect design and complete fault codes, which is convenient for fault determination and
troubleshooting.
