1. Application
The copper ingot casting machine can meet the requirements of continuous
production process 24 hours a day.
The copper ingot casting machine can be used to produce 12kg copper ingots
with fully automatic control.
It can be used to produce copper ingots with grade T1, T2, T3, TU1, TU2.
2. Structural features of Copper Ingot Casting Machine
2.1 The copper ingot casting machine adopts the relatively mature linear cycle
mode in recent years.
The power driving part adopts hard teeth reducer and frequency conversion speed
regulation control.
The driving power only needs 4KW/380V (if there are other requirements for the
power supply, it shall be put discussed otherwise). The speed regulation frequency
conversion motor has obvious energy-saving effect and stable operation. The instrument
directly displays the casting machine speed per minute, which is direct and concise.
The demoulding mechanism adopts clamping and mechanical hammering.
Under normal casting conditions, the demoulding performance is stable.
2.2 The copper ingot caster machine speed adopts frequency conversion speed regulation,
high production efficiency, uniform ingot weight, high degree of automation, low labor intensity,
convenient operation and simple maintenance.
2.3 The copper ingot casting machine has the characteristics of automatic distribution of copper
liquid, which can flow the copper liquid into the mold at the most standard flow, and the weight
of the cast copper ingot is uniform. Modular design of the system, beautiful overall look, no
need for installation personnel.
2.4 The copper ingot casting machine is completely manufactured according to the current
Chinese national specifications and standards.
2.5 The whole system is safe and reliable (transmission chain with chain cover) and low
operation cost. Little environmental pollution and convenient operation.
2.6 The temperature of liquid copper is higher than that of aluminum and zinc. It is made
of high-quality heat-resistant cast steel.
2.7 Water cooling and demoulding: according to the requirements of system design, the
inner wall of copper mold can not have water, submerged external cooling (spraying or
mold bottom water cooling) is adopted.
2.8 The cooling water pump and pipeline are installed by the customer. The diameter of
the cooling water pipe is 2 inches, 50 cubic meters per hour (the customer should connect
the water pipeline to the water inlet of the ingot casting machine), and the return water pipe
is 3 inches (the customer should connect the water outlet to the pool).
2.9 The dust collecting cover of distributor, steam cover and pipeline of ingot line shall be
prepared by the user.
2.10 The three-phase and five wire 380V power supply is connected with the control
cabinet by the customer.
2.11 If the customer wants to have logo on the ingot mold, the customer should provide the
logo authorization paper and the cost of logo is to be discussed additionally.
