Customized 185 Degree Celcius Aluminum Alloy Aging Heat Treatment Furnace
1.Application
Aluminum alloy aging heat treatment resistance furnace is a cycle operation type resistance furnace, mainly
used for aging treatment of aluminum alloy castings after quenching treatment, and can also be used for heat
treatment of other workpieces in air below 300℃ .
The furnace has good thermal cycle and relatively uniform temperature.
The temperature control system uses PID zero-crossing triggered thyristor and Japanese island meter to control
the temperature. The aging heat treatment furnace has good stability and adopts paperless recorder to record
temperature and over-temperature alarm for dual control to ensure that the workpiece does not overheat.

3. Structure Introduction
The electric furnace structure consists of furnace body, heating device, control system and other parts.
3.1 Furnace body
The frame of the furnace heat treatment of metals shell is welded and formed by section steel, and the outer wall is made
of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, which has a small thermal deformation coefficient. The inner lining uses aluminum silicate
refractory fiber needle-punched cotton as insulation and heat preservation material to reduce the temperature
rise of the furnace wall. The inner wall is closed with stainless steel plate.
The furnace door and furnace shell are also made of welded steel frames, the outer wall is also made of cold-rolled
steel plates, and the inner lining is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber needle-punched cotton as insulation
and heat preservation material.
The trolley is made of 12/14 channel steel. The materials are loaded into the basket on the trolley surface using
the workshop crane, and the trolley is driven into the furnace.
Rubber asbestos packing is embedded around the furnace mouth. When the box type furnace door is closed, it fits
tightly against the rubber asbestos packing at the furnace mouth to ensure that no heat is dissipated.
3.2 Heating device
The heating element adopts heating tubes, which are arranged on both sides of the furnace and made of 0Cr25AL5
alloy wire. It has a long service life.
To ensure the stability and uniformity of the heat treat furnace, the electric resistance furnace is equipped with a ventilator device
(a complete set is purchased from outside) and an air guide system. The ventilator device is installed on the top of the furnace body,
and the fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel to form a centrifugal fan blade. The air guide system consists of
an air guide plate and an air shield. The air guide plate is installed on the top of the furnace and has an air guide groove.
When the fan is turned on, the wind is thrown out from the fan, blown evenly to the heating elements on both sides of the
furnace through the air guide groove, blown into the furnace through the air guide port at the bottom of the air shield, and
then sucked into the fan from the air guide port at the bottom of the fan, and then thrown out... This reciprocating cycle
brings the heat generated by the heater into the furnace, so that the workpiece is heated evenly.
3.3. Control system
The temperature control system of the aging heat treatment furnace uses PID zero-crossing trigger thyristor and Japanese Shimaden
smart meter to control temperature. In addition, a paperless recorder is used to record temperature and over-temperature alarm is
used to ensure that the workpiece does not overheat.
The mechanical transmission parts of the electric furnace adopt interlocking control, that is, the power supply of the
ventilator device and the heating element is automatically cut off after the furnace door is opened. The power supply
of the ventilator device and the heating element can only be connected after the furnace door is fully closed to prevent
malfunctions and accidents caused by misoperation.
