1. Product Description
Immersed aluminum alloy electric holding furnace is mainly used for
the insulation of non-ferrous metal solutions. It has high requirements
for die-casting process and low energy consumption equipment is
preferred. At present, die-casting foundries are looking for
breakthroughs in how to improve production efficiency, optimize
energy consumption to the greatest extent, and implement continuous
transformation.Direct internal heating of molten aluminum has high
thermal efficiency, does not produce oxides, has high temperature
control accuracy of molten aluminum, and its energy consumption
is more than 60% lower than that of ordinary radiation heating furnaces.
