500KGS Aluminum alloy pool type electric holding furnace
Pool type electric holding furnace is mainly applicable
to the holding of non-ferrous metal solution, and can be
used in die casting machine, centrifugal casting, gravity casting,
precision casting and other processes.
The product consists of furnace body, heating element and
electrical control box.The upper part of the electrical control
box is the control line and the lower part is the power line. The
furnace body is mainly composed of feeding chamber, ladling port,
heating and holding chamber chamber, etc.The shell of the furnace
body is made of section steel and steel plate, and is lined with various
light refractory materials. The molten pool is built with non stick
aluminum castable to ensure the alloy composition of the molten liquid.
A silicon carbide rod heating element and thermal insulation material
are installed on the light furnace top to directly radiate the aluminum
alloy liquid level in the molten pool, with high thermal efficiency and
convenient maintenance, cleaning and movement.
Ⅰ.Composition of furnace body
The furnace body of pool type holding furnace is mainly composed
of feeding port, holding chamber, discharge outlet and holding furnace
cover. The inlet, holding chamber and outlet are integrated, and the
mineral 80ACX castable (Allied material) is used for one-time casting,
(compressive strength: 140MPa above 110 ℃, while the linear change rate is 0.1%).
This castable has the characteristics of non stick aluminum, high strength,
easy cleaning and long service life. The furnace cover is made of Japanese
Isolite refractory fiber cotton, which has the characteristics of good thermal
insulation, convenient maintenance and long service life
Ⅱ.Heating, electrical control system
1).Main components
1.Heating element - silicon carbide rod (6 pieces / set)
2.Control system - temperature controller (Taisee brand), electronic
voltage regulator, contactor, relay, etc
3.Temperature detection element - thermocouple (each set includes
two thermocouples, one for furnace atmosphere temperature and
the other for aluminum liquid temperature)
2).Introduction to electronic voltage regulator (PID control)
The thyristor is used as the main control element, and the change of
thyristor conduction angle is used to control the change of output
current and voltage. The imported special thyristor phase shift trigger
integrated circuit is selected to control the conduction angle of thyristor.
The controller has a variety of protection functions to ensure that the
controller will not damage the external equipment in case of failure.
Functions: soft start, over-current protection and over temperature protection.
When the load fault current or temperature rises beyond the working range of
the controller, the controller can automatically turn off the pulse output and
stop the load power supply.
3).Temperature control accuracy ± 5 ℃ (under standard working conditions)

Ⅵ.Quality Assurance
The furnace is warranted for 1 year. However, the natural consumables caused by high
temperature, excluding quality factors, do not belong to the scope of warranty.
In addition, in case of failure due to misoperation, the supplier is responsible for repair,
but a certain fee will be charged, and the list of consumables will be provided after
the repair is completed.
Ⅶ. Lead time and baking time
Lead time: 40 days after the contract comes into effect. The furnace body shall be
baked on site for 10 days before the first use
