1. Application
The RX3-25-12 electric bogie hearth furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of medium or small metal or alloy parts.

3. Structural Introduction
The RX3-25-12 heating oven is mainly comprised of furnace body, lining, furnace door, heating element and temperature control system.
3.1 furnace body
The furnace body steel structure is made from 6-8# sectional steel and 3-12mm steel plates. The side pillar and back pillars are made from sectional steel, and are reinforced with sectional steel bracings. The external wall of the furnace is painted with 2 layers of primers, and 2 layers of coating paint. The key part of the furnace is painted with heat resistant paint.
3.2 lining
The box type oven body is built with refractory bricks and fiber. The lining material used is quality aluminum fibers fixed by round steel parts. The aluminum fibers are pre-compressed into blocks (compression gravity: ≥235Kg/m3) and then fixed to the furnace body by 321 round stainless steel parts. This refractory lining structure has the advantages of low heat conductivity, strong anti-shock capacity, and anti-erosion. The lining has a total thickness of 325mm. The silicate aluminum fiber resists a maximum temperature of 1250℃.
3.3 furnace door and door up-down system
The box type furnace door is comprised of all-fiber lining and steel structure casing. The door frame is made of 12mm steel plate. The door lining is high temperature fiber blocks which is same as furnace body lining. The overall structure of the furnace maintains its shape while heated. The door is side opening type. The door is manually opened to the side.
3.4 furnace bottom:
The furnace bottom is comprised of refractory masonry, 30mm thick Ni7N bogie surface plate. The load-bearing bottom surface is flat. A layer of heat-resistant steel bottom plate is laid to ensure the load-bearing and protect the service life of the furnace wire.
Bottom lining: A composite lining is made of first-class high alumina refractory bricks, lightweight refractory bricks, insulation bricks, etc. Heating element installation grooves are built on the lining, and heavy high alumina refractory bricks are used for collision prone and load-bearing areas (mixed with high-temperature binders in the mud during masonry) to enhance the strength of the furnace lining structure. During production, expansion joints are left to prevent the lining from expanding and damaging it when heated.
3.5 heating element
heating element: The 0Cr27AL7Mo2 resistance alloy resistance strips are mounted in left and right walls, furnace bottom and furnace bottom.
3.6 electrical control system
Temperature control: PID control is adopted for temperature control, using the intelligent Shimaden temperature controller. By setting its reasonable parameters, the optimal control of each temperature zone can be achieved. With its online self-tuning function, the optimal PID parameters of the furnace can be calculated to achieve ideal temperature stability.
This system controls the temperature of the heat treatment furnace.
According to the requirements of the process, after setting in the intelligent temperature controller, it is allocated to the temperature zone control. Call and edit the corresponding process, transmit signals to the lower level, and collect temperature data from the upper level instrument in each area.
When the main power is turned on, the device will control the electric furnace according to the settings in the smart instrument.
Power control: The control execution system adopts a high-power triggering system, equipped with a radiator and a complete air cooling system. Equipped with an automatic air switch for secondary protection. Each group of electric heating elements is equipped with an ammeter, voltmeter, and on/off indicator for the electric heating elements, with power on interlock protection and safety grounding measures to ensure safe use.

5. Installation
The furnace is to be installed by the customer itself while the supplier provides English user manual, online support and guide vedios for the customer due to the current epidemic situation thorughout the world.
6. Post-sales Service
The furnace is warranted for 13 months starting from the date of shipment. In the warranty period, damages are repaired or replaced if they are caused due to manufacture defects. The buyer is charged at a certain rate if the damages are caused by the buyer itself.
