1. Overview
The electric arc furnace adopts ordinary power, top loading with unscrewing furnace cover, and the
tapping channel to tap steel. The structure adopts semi-hydraulic and furnace cover unscrewing type.
The pit-type layout can reduce the requirements for the height of the factory building.
2. Main features of the electric arc furnace
This electric arc furnace for steel making adopts basic furnace lining or acidic furnace lining for smelting oxides,
precious metal enrichment and other varieties.

system to the greatest extent.
▲ The electrode lifting circuit is equipped to prevent the electrode from breaking and ensure the efficient operation
of the furnace.
▲ The voltage regulation method of the transformer is no-load electric voltage regulation.
▲ Secondary winding: Compression of the transformer body: Coil compression adopts special spring oil cylinder
pressure nails, all coils are assembled as a whole and vacuum-dried.
▲ The transformer can be overloaded by 20% for a long time, and has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that
it can withstand frequent short-circuit impacts.
▲ The transformer is of forced oil circulating water cooling (OFWF) method, adopting a trouble-free forced oil circulating
water cooler.

▲ Transformer oil adopts 25# oil.
▲ The transformer is equipped with heavy gas, light gas, and pressure releaser protection functions, and the on-load
