1. Summary
The rotary melting furnace produced by our company is mainly used for recycling of used materials by re-melting.
The combustion system of the product adopts an energy saving burner, which has the advantages of automatic ignition,
flame protection and complete combustion.
The furnace is oval in shape.
The two sides of the aluminum melting furnace are made of special high-strength unshaped refractory materials, which
are cast at one time and have high strength.

3. Features
The residence time of the flame in the metal melting furnace can increase the melting speed and reduce
energy consumption. WDL-ZLQ series furnace has fast melting speed, good thermal insulation performance,
low energy consumption, low use cost, safe and reliable, low noise, good working environment, and meets
environmental protection requirements. This series of products is easy to operate and compact in structure.
With the functions of smelting, heat preservation and slag removal, it can be smelted and kept at the same time.
The industrial metal melting furnace body is composed of refractory layer, heat preservation layer and heat
insulation layer. The furnace chamber is integrally cast and formed by high-strength unshaped refractory
materials. There is a pressure ring in the furnace, which can prolong the residence time of the flame in the
furnace, increase the melting speed, and reduce energy consumption. Therefore, it has the characteristics
of good overall performance, good air tightness, high strength and long service life. The thermal insulation
layer and the thermal adiabatic layer are composed of ceramic fibers. Therefore, the furnace body has
small heat storage, fast temperature rise, good heat preservation and low energy consumption.
The burner, fan, solenoid valve, igniter and flame monitor are integrated.The burner can be operated by
connect the power supply (380V).
4. Workshop and Power Supply
4.1 The workshop reserved space for the installation of the equipment dimension is not less than 10
meters in length, not less than 6 meters in width, and not less than 5.5 meters in height.
The control cabinet is placed in the control room. The control room of the industrial metal melting
furnace should be built near the equipment and keep enough distance from the nearest position of
the furnace body to ensure that the radiation of the high-temperature workpiece will not affect the
safety of the control room.
Power supply is not less than 50Kw, mainly used for the operation of blower motor, rotary hydraulic
motor, induced draft fan and other components.
