1.1 The furnace adopts European brand graphite crucible, which
has a good thermal conductivity, a long life, and no iron hyperplasia.
1.2 The furnace is equipped with liquid leak alarm, over-temperature
alarm and other functions to ensure the safety of equipment and operation.
1.3 The furnace lining of electric melting furnace is composed of the
superlight refractory bricks and the ceramic fiber material, which
has a good heat preservation effect. The wall temperature rise is ≤ 40℃.
1.4The furnace adopts the high temperature alloy wires or resistance
wires as heating element with a long service life.
1.5 The furnace adopts the Taiwan brand temperature controller with
PID control. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±5℃.
1.6 The furnace is equipped with one thermal couple protected by the
silicon nitride outer pipe, and this thermal couple could directly
measure the aluminum liquid.
1.7 The pit type metal melting furnace is easy in operation. And the
operation platform is not needed in this case.
1.8 The pit type metal melting furnace has a working temperature of
850℃, and has a melting cycle of about 3 hours
(charging and discharging time considered).
