1. General Introduction
The plasma ion nitriding furnace is mainly used for ion nitriding, ion nitrocarburizing (soft nitriding) plasma chemical heat treatment of mechanical parts to modify the surface of mechanical parts and obtain the required mechanical and physicochemical properties. The complete set of equipment is composed of ion power supply, automatic control system, vacuum furnace body, vacuum acquisition system, temperature measurement and control system and gas supply system.

3. Equipment Features
Our company has accumulated a lot of experience in ion nitriding equipment and technology, focusing on the reliability, stability and innovation of the equipment. The equipment mainly has the following technical features:
3.1 The vacuum gas nitriding furnace body shall be manufactured in strict accordance with the welding process to ensure that all sealing surfaces are not deformed and ensure the vacuum sealing requirements for a long time.
3.2 The protection cut-off circuit is specially designed to automatically protect the equipment and workpieces in the furnace even if there is a short circuit between the anode and cathode.
3.3 The thyristor of the rectifier circuit, diode and IGBT components of the pulse generation circuit of the power supply all adopt imported modules, with simple circuit and reliable quality.
3.4 The operation buttons are protected from each other, so that the equipment will not be damaged even if the operator makes a mistake.
3.5 The action control adopts solidified circuit, which has simple circuit and greatly improves the reliability.
3.6 All operations and controls are input from the computer and completed by PLC to realize the automatic control of the process. The automatic control is realized by Mitsubishi programmable controller and HMI, and the whole process temperature and pressure is controlled by PLC. The technical indexes of the system are as follows:
3.6.1. Temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
3.6.2. Pressure control accuracy ±1Pa.
3.6.3. The nitriding heat treatment furnace uses HMI to set process parameters and monitor the nitriding process in real time.
