75kW industrial heat treatment pit type gas nitriding furnace
1.Application
This series of 75kW gas nitriding furnaces are periodic electric furnaces, which are used for gas soft nitriding of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, powder metallurgy products and other materials. The pit type nitriding furnace can be vacuum type or non-vacuum type.

3. Structure introduction
This electric furnace is a periodic operation furnace, which is composed of furnace body, sealing system and temperature control system.
It is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, muffle tube tank, furnace cover, fan, furnace cover lifting mechanism, etc.
In order to meet the cooling requirements of customers for workpieces, the quick cooling device installs a blower at the bottom of the pit type heat treatment furnace, and opens several cooling ports on the upper part of the furnace body. When the electric furnace works, close the cooling ports. When radiating heat, open the radiating port and the fan, so that the air in the furnace flows and brings out heat, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid cooling.
4.Electrical control system
The temperature control adopts Shanghai Guolong temperature controller.By setting its reasonable parameters, the temperature zone control can be achieved. By using its online self-tuning function, the PID parameters of the furnace can be calculated to achieve ideal temperature stability.
Heating control adopts thyristor trigger type. The output heating power can be changed to realize the temperature control in the temperature zone.
Temperature over temperature alarm system in heating control circuit; in case of over-temperature in a certain area (over deviation alarm is generally adopted), the high-power contactor in the main circuit will cut off the main heating circuit in this area. At the same time, audible and visual alarm for the nitriding furnace will be given.
All AC contactors, fast fuses, intermediate relays, travel switches, operation switches, buttons, signal indicators and other main controller devices, operation and display devices are reliable products produced by well-known manufacturers at home and abroad (Delixi brand). Current and voltage indicating instruments have sensitive, accurate, reliable and long service life.
Electrical control cabinet: the cabinet body of the electric resistance pit type furnace adopts the control cabinet manufactured by professional manufacturers according to electrical standards. The size, structure and color of the cabinet comply with the norms commonly used at home and abroad, and the installation, wiring and identification of devices in the cabinet comply with relevant standards.
The connection from the control cabinet to the main circuit of the furnace body adopts copper core insulated wire. All wire number identifications shall be made of special wire number materials and printed formally to avoid wire number falling off. All wires in the trench are marked with wire numbers every two meters to facilitate the inspection of each line during maintenance.
5. After sales service and commitment
The gas nitriding furnace is warranted for 13 months from the date of shipment.
