Heat treatment process: tempering;
Output: 250kg/hour.
2.Specification of equipment
Based on the above requirements, we recommend gas fired
mesh belt tempering furnace 600*5000*120mm.

3.1.3 Transmission and other contact point power: approx 11KW;
3.1.4 Normal working power: approx 8KW.

4.Technical Specification
The mesh belt tempering furnace consists of front rack, furnace body,
furnace lining, heating system, hot air circulation system and transmission
system. The furnace adopts upper heating method. Each heating zone has
a circulation fan to achieve a unified furnace temperature. The tempering
furnace is driven by support roller.

4.2 Front rack
The front rack is a feed stand for tempering furnace, which consists
of rack and support roller.
4.2.1 Size of rack: 1500*800*980mm;

4.3 Furnace body:
The conveyor belt furnace body consists of furnace shell and bottom frame, which is
welded by 5mm steel plate and #10 channel steel

4.3.2 Each zone of upper cover can be opened separately which is
convenient to maintenance
4.4 Conveyor and conveyor transmission system:
4.4.1 The transmission of workpiece is through mesh belt;
4.4.2 The transmission of mesh belt is through support roller and it adopts
rear drive type to make the mesh belt bear the minimum tension under
high temperature.
4.4.3 Mesh belt transmission speed: 30~120mm/min, Mitsubishi
frequency control;
4.4.4 Mesh belt: 600*16000*1.2/1.8mm, SUS304S, 1 pc;
4.4.5 Bracket: 600*5000mm, SUS304, 1 pc;

4.5 Furnace lining
The furnace lining adopts composite lining.
4.5.1 Furnace wall: light weight insulating brick+ aluminum silicate
fiber blank;
4.5.2 Furnace bottom: light weight insulating brick+ aluminum silicate
fiber plate;
4.5.3 Furnace roof: aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which is wrapped inside
the air guide plate;
4.5.4 High temperature adhesion agent: 1000
4.6 Heating System
The mesh belt furnace is heated by natural gas. The gas burners
are installed horizontally at the upper part of the furnace hearth.
4.6.1 Gas burner: 40KW/pc;
4.6.2 Radiating tube: ¢120mm, SUS304;
4.6.3 Temperature controller: Honeywell;
4.6.4 Thermal couple: K type;
4.7 Circulation fan
Each zone has a circulation fan which is equipped on the furnace roof to
achieve the unified furnace temperature.
4.7.1 Blade shaft: ¢55mm SUS304;
4.7.2 Centrifugal blade: ¢360 SUS304;
4.7.3 Bearing: (NSK) UCFY211,209;
4.7.4 Motor: 1.5KW (oil cooling)
4.8 Mesh belt transmission detector device: Omron, Japan;
4.9 Cooling system
Axial flow fan: 0.55KW; which is installed at the exit of the furnace for
cooling the workpiece.
4.10 Control cabinet
Cabinet size: 600*700*2000,1 set;
The mechanical transmission and auxiliary heating of the belt type furnace is
controlled by the PLC. The control system has the over-temperature alarm
and driving fault alarm. Also there is a simulation screen to show the working
performance of the tempering furnace. The mesh belt can rotate clockwise
and anticlockwise in case of blockage.
