Mesh Belt Quenching Furnace
The mesh belt quenching furnace is the key part of the production line. It is comprised
of furnace body, lining, muffle, bottom plate, mesh belt driving device, heating
device, and temperature control device.

2 mesh belt driving device
The mesh belt drive adopts the synchronous supporting by furnace bottom
plate in a reciprocating motion mode, so that the mesh belt bears the

7. Temperature control device
The mesh belt conveyor furnace is set with 4 temperature zones. The furnace is PID controlled,and
each zone is set with an ammeter for checking the heating performance of each zone.
The temperature and carbon potential is controlled by the intelligent temperature
controller. There is auto and manual method available.
The temperature is set with over-temperature and low-temperature visual and
audible alarm, and thermal couple breakage alarm.The driving system is set with
an abnormal driving fault visual and audible alarm.

The tank body is comprised of tank body, elevating device, heating device, cooling
device, and temperature control device. The quenching medium is bright quenching oil.

9.Mesh Belt Rinsing Machine
The continous mesh belt furnace rinsing machine is designed with 3 working
positions, 1 for hot water immersion cleaning, 1 for hot water spraying, and 1 for
air drying. The machine is equipped with strong nozzles.

10.Mesh Belt Tempering Furnace
The mesh belt tempering furnace heats the parts from its top and bottom wall.
Each heating zone has 1 air circulation fan for improving the temperature uniformity
inside the furnace. The mesh belt adopts support roller transmission mechanism.

The front stand is the entrance table of the tempering furnace. It is comprised of

4.Mesh belt driving device
4.1 The mesh belt is driven by the support frame. The mesh belt is of the rear-driven
type, and thus bears a minimal tensile force at high temperature.

The continuous conveyor mesh belt furnace is monitored by the PLC which controls the
temperature, liquid level and driving device. The control system has the audial
and visual alarm, safety interlocking system, and a simulation screen for observing
the performance of the furnace real-time. Each unit has single-movement function
and linkage. When there is a material blocakge situation, the mesh belt of each unit
could move clockwise or anticlockwise. The quenching tank could stop movement
temporarily for the isothermal process.
