1. Mesh Belt Heat Treatment Furnace
The mesh belt furnace normalizing furnace is the key part of the line.Mesh belt furnace for heat treatment is comprised
of mesh belt driving device, heat preservation material, heating device, and
temperature control devices. The normalizing continuous mesh belt furnace is comprised
of the preheating area and furnace shell.
2. Equipment Specification
2.1 Cooling Machine
The cooling machine is comprised of the conveyor, the cooling circulation fan,
heat preservation body and driving device.
2.2 Isothermal Normalizing Furnace
The isothermal normalizing mesh belt furnace for sale adopts the upper and lower
heating design via the heat radiation tubes. Each zone is set with one big
power hot air circulation fan to reach the temperature uniformity.
2.3 Electrical control cabinet
The whole production process is managed by the computer and monitored by PLC system.
The control system controls the temperature, driving system, liquid level, etc.
The system has safety interlink and fault audible and visual alarm.
