1. Application
Tilting trolley furnace is a standard energy-saving periodic
operation furnace with super energy-saving structure and
power saving of 80%.The trolley adopts anti-collision sealing
brick, automatic brick turning mechanism, automatic sealing
trolley and furnace door, and integrated rail connection. It does
not need foundation installation. It can be used when it is placed
on the horizontal ground and fixed with the foundation pad iron or
expansion screw. Tilting trolley furnace is mainly used for quenching,
annealing, aging and heat treatment of various mechanical parts
such as high chromium and high manganese steel castings,
nodular cast iron, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel and stainless steel.

3.Structural Features
Furnace shell:
The tilting trolley heat treatment furnace shell is welded with steel plate and section steel,
and the bottom of the furnace body is connected with the trolley light rail. Users do not
need foundation installation, but only need to put it on the flat cement floor.
Furnace lining:
The car bottom furnace lining adopts light refractory brick as the furnace lining,
which saves about 80% energy compared with the traditional brick furnace. The
long fiber blanket, diatomite brick and vermiculite powder are used as thermal
insulation materials. The furnace mouth adopts heavy anti-collision brick and heavy
high aluminum anti pressure brick on the trolley surface.In addition to the labyrinth
refractory masonry between the electric furnace body and the trolley, the self acting
sealing mechanism is also used to reduce the heat radiation and convection loss of
the electric furnace and improve the uniformity of furnace temperature.
Heating element:
The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire wound into a
spiral shape, which is distributed on the furnace side, furnace door, rear wall and
trolley wire laying brick, and fixed with national standard socket brick.
Bottom Plate:
The trolley is equipped with a pressure and high temperature resistant cast steel
furnace bottom plate to carry the workpiece.In order to prevent the oxide scale
generated after heating the workpiece from falling around the heating element
through the gap between the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the
heating element, the contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace
body adopts plug-in contact.In order to ensure normal use, it is necessary to
frequently purge the oxide scale under the bottom plate of the trolley furnace.
Generally, purge once a week. During purging, lift the bottom plate of the furnace
and purge the oxide scale in the resistance wire groove with compressed air.
Pay attention to prevent the oxide scale from causing short circuit in the furnace wire.
Furnace Door
The furnace door device is composed of furnace door, furnace door lifting
mechanism and furnace door pressing device. The shell of the furnace door is
welded by section steel and plate, with a firm frame structure, which is stacked
with refractory fiber pressing modules. It is required to have good thermal insulation
performance and light weight.The lifting device of furnace door adopts electric device,
which is mainly composed of furnace door frame, furnace door lifting beam, reducer,
sprocket, transmission shaft and bearing. The lifting of furnace door is driven by the
positive and negative transmission on the reducer. The furnace door lifting reducer
is also equipped with a brake device, which can effectively prevent the displacement
of the furnace door during the lifting process.The furnace door pressing device
adopts the domestic advanced spring pressing structure. When the furnace needs
to be lifted, the self weight of the furnace door will automatically release the furnace
door through the lever and move it horizontally out of a certain distance and then rise.
When the furnace door drops in place and the furnace door needs to be pressed
down on the pulley on the trolley, the spring force will move the furnace door
horizontally into the compression sealing state through the lever. The pressing device
of this structure makes no friction between the fiber plane on the furnace door and the
furnace mouth cotton, and has the characteristics of good performance and long service
mission.
The trolley frame is formed by welding section steel, and its rigidity ensures no deformation
under full load.The interior is built with refractory bricks, and the easily collided parts and
load-bearing parts are built with heavy bricks to enhance the structural strength of the
furnace lining. The trolley adopts self-propelled structure, and the driving sprocket of the
reducer drives the walking wheel to walk on the track.The trolley seal adopts automatic
labyrinth structure seal. When the trolley enters the furnace, it is automatically lifted and
sealed through the action of cam and roller slope.When the trolley leaves, the sealing
groove will fall automatically, and the sealing sand in the sealing groove does not need
to be added frequently after being filled.When the trolley leaves, the lifting and lowering
of the furnace door are electrically controlled, equipped with electromagnetic brake,
which can prevent inertia from hitting the furnace body, and interlock control, that is,
after slightly opening the furnace door, automatically cut off the heating element and
restore the power supply of the trolley traveling mechanism at the same time.After
the furnace door is closed in place, automatically cut off the power supply of trolley
traveling mechanism and restore the power supply of heating elements at the same time.
Overturning hydraulic mechanism: the hydraulic power overturning mechanism is
composed of motor, plunger pump, solenoid valve and hydraulic oil cylinder. The
control cabinet is controlled by electric button, and anti overturning device is installed
to ensure convenient use.
Note: energy saving fiber cotton can be selected for furnace lining, and the
energy-saving effect is more obvious, up to about 60%.
