Mesh Belt Type Aluminum Alloy Heat Treatment Furnace
1. Introduction of Mesh Belt Furnace
The furnace is used for batch solution heat treatment of aluminum alloy parts.
Mesh belt furnace is a furnace type that uses intermittent or continuous mesh
belt driven by machinery to pass the workpiece
through the temperature controlled heating zone and then meet the requirements
of heat treatment process, which is collectively
referred to as mesh belt furnace.
Mesh belt heating furnace: it is composed of feeding table, heating section,
discharging table, hot air circulation, mesh belt
transmission and temperature control system. It is mainly used for heating
aluminum and copper bars before red stamping,
annealing of castings, glass and products, tempering of small parts and
other heat treatments.
Mesh belt controlled atmosphere heat treatment production line: the furnace
is divided into no muffle and muffle. It is a
production line unit composed of feeding machine, quenching furnace, quenching
oil tank, hoist and tempering furnace.
It is mainly applicable to quenching, carburizing and tempering heat treatment of
batch small and medium-sized
mechanical parts, such as standard parts, bearings, transmission chains, self
tapping screws, textile hardware,
hand tools, springs, spring pads, various textile needles and sewing needles.
After treatment, the workpiece
surface is smooth, no decarburization, uniform hardness, small deformation
and high quality
Mesh belt sintering furnace: it is composed of feeding platform, preheating section,
sintering section, constant
temperature section, rapid cooling section, ammonia atmosphere furnace and
control system. It is composed of
feeding table, preheating section, sintering section, constant temperature section,

atmosphere furnace and control system. It is mainly used for pressing metal,
ore powder and other related powder
metallurgy products, which is an ideal continuous sintering process under
controllable atmosphere.
