Mesh Belt Isothermal Bright Annealing Furnace
1. Furnace Introduction
Continuous stainless steel annealing furnace is also known as stainless steel
bright annealing furnace, stainless steel annealing furnace, steel strip furnace
and bright annealing furnace. Stainless steel solution furnace is mainly used for
intermediate softening of austenitic stainless steel, nickel alloy and precision alloy,
bright annealing of soft finished products, intermediate recrystallization annealing,
final annealing and stress relief treatment of various copper materials and copper
alloys. Steel strips, steel cutting tools and small mechanical parts are heated without
oxidation at high temperature, sintered by powder metallurgy, annealed by magnetic
materials and some small metal parts, such as the annealing and quenching of watch
case, strap and kitchenware industry, and bright annealing of stainless steel, especially
the quenching of Cr13 Stainless steel and solid solution treatment of stainless steel.

The production line has the characteristics of advanced control, remarkable rhythm
and easy maintenance. The workpiece is transported with high temperature resistant
metal mesh belt with stepless speed regulation. The heating area of the whole line
adopts PID contactless automatic power regulation control, multi zone temperature
control, and the protective gas source adopts ammonia hydrolysis furnace with gas
purification device. It can also be used for ideal continuous bright annealing and
quenching of stainless steel products, tableware, tools and small parts under
controllable atmosphere, bright heat treatment of various precision electrical
materials, stainless steel and electronic hardware products, and continuous
annealing equipment for eliminating the mechanical stress of punching or
core pieces and restoring their electromagnetic properties.
