3.Main Features
3.1The main power devices of the induction melting furnace are all German Siemens brands,
and the main electronic components are imported products (Motorola (diode), NEC (triode),
ST (three terminal voltage regulator), FAIRCHILD, ON etc., which make them work stably
and have higher reliability and durability.
3.2 The induction metal melting furnace adopts IGBT power device and unique frequency conversion
technology to operate stably and provide higher reliability and durability. It has the function of constant
current and constant power control, which greatly optimizes the metal heating process, realizes efficient
and fast heating, and gives full play to the advantages of the product. Under the same conditions,
it has twice the power saving than the traditional SCR medium frequency. With 100% load design,
it can work continuously for 24 hours and improve heating quality.
