3.Structural Introduction

RT3-380-5 trolley type electric resistance treatment furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell , furnace lining ,

furnace door and furnace door lifting mechanism, furnace door pressing and sealing mechanism; load-bearing trolley

and trolley traction mechanism, furnace body and trolley sealing mechanism; heating elements and fixing devices;

furnace temperature automatic control system; circulating fan system , etc.

 

 

Hot air circulation system The hot air circulation of this equipment is mainly composed of 4 centrifugal fans and

stainless steel guide plates . The heat emitted by the heating element is blown evenly into the effective working area by the

circulating fan through the guide plate. The fan and the shaft are made of Cr20Ni20. In order to ensure the normal use of

the bearing, air cooling is adopted.
