2. The requirement for the natural gas:
gases calorific value: 8600kcal/m3;
Gas pressure before furnace: 20-70Kpa;
Full power gas consumption: 317Nm3/h;
Gas pipe line demand: 360Nm3/h;
Air consumption: 4680Nm3/h;
3. The description of the air system, gas supply system and discharge system
3.1 air system
The air piping system is comprised of high pressure centrifugal fan, automatic regulation valve, pressure gauge and pipes. The air volume is to match the gas volume, and the air excess rate is lower than 1.20.
3.2 gas supply system
The general gas supply pipe is equipped with a pressure regulation device (equipped with a filter), a low pressure switch and a pressure gauge. For the sake of safety there is one fast cut-off valve on the general gas pipe.
3.3 discharge system
The furnace takes direct fume discharge method. The fume is directly vented out through the flue pipe to the atmosphere. The fume conducts heat exchange with the heat exchange before emission to the atmosphere.
4. Post-sales service
Product warranty period: 1 year after arrival at the buyer’s side or 15 months starting from the date of shipment whichever occurs first. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or replacing the broken parts if faults are caused by manufacture defects, but damages caused by faulty operation by the workers are to be repaired by the buyer itself or by the seller at a certain rate. (Easy-worn parts, and natural consumption of high temperature parts are not included in the warranty.)
