1.Working principle of drying oven
A box type drying oven operates by using heating elements to generate heat that is evenly
distributed by a circulation system, all while maintaining a clean environment
through features like air filtration and sealed construction to prevent contaminants
from entering during heating, drying, or curing processes.
2. Application
The application range of this box type oven is extremely wide. It is a drying equipment for
electronic components, medical devices, semiconductors, LED, optics, college
experiments, medicine and other industries with clean requirements, which require
drying, curing, aging, constant temperature, experiment, etc.! The temperature control
device adopts digital display temperature control, which is eye-catching and equipped
with reliable protection devices. It has a unique high-temperature filter, and the box body
is fully enclosed. The air entering the studio is repeatedly laminar filtered by the
high-temperature filter. The air in the box is repeatedly self-circulated and quickly enters
a low-dust state, meeting the process requirements. The studio is (SUS304 mirror
stainless steel plate). 100K grade aluminum silicate fiber is filled between the shell and
the studio, which has good thermal insulation and heat insulation performance.
The reasonable wind flow design makes the temperature uniformity in the box good.
The heating element of the curing oven is placed in the box and can be placed on the top.
The temperature control adopts digital display intelligent instrument PID adjustment, automatic
temperature control, and constant temperature. It is easy and convenient to operate, and is also equipped
with over-temperature, leakage time control, alarm and other devices. It is an ideal product
