1.Working principle of Electroplating oven
The working principle of an electroplating oven mainly involves using heating elements
to generate heat, which is then evenly distributed in the chamber by a fan or air circulation
system. The temperature is precisely controlled by a thermostat to ensure a stable temperature
environment. The object to be electroplated is placed in the oven, and the heat helps the
electroplated layer to dry, solidify and achieve better adhesion and quality, while the exhaust
system discharges harmful gases and water vapor produced during the process.

Timing device: | HS48S-99.99 timing device can be switched on and off manually or automatically. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the timing starts. When the time reaches the set range, the heating power is cut off. A buzzer alarm is sounded. |

Prevent the main temperature control of the equipment from failing, causing the temperature to continue to rise. When the secondary protection setting value is reached, the heating is cut off and an audible and visual alarm is issued. |
