1. The working principle of a Rubber Product Laboratory Hot Air Oven
1.1 Heating System - It is equipped with a heating device, such as electric heating wires or
heating tubes. When powered on, these components convert electrical energy into heat
energy, generating heat to raise the temperature inside the oven.
1.2 Temperature Control System - There is a temperature control system in the oven, which
consists of temperature sensors and controllers. The temperature sensor continuously
monitors the internal temperature of the oven and transmits the temperature data to the
controller. The controller compares the actual temperature with the set temperature and
adjusts the power supply to the heating device to maintain the temperature inside the oven
at a constant and accurate level.
1.3 Air Circulation System - An air circulation system, usually composed of fans, is installed
in the oven. The fans drive the air inside the oven to circulate, ensuring uniform distribution
of heat and minimizing temperature differences in different parts of the oven. This enables
the rubber products to be heated evenly, which is beneficial for the vulcanization and curing
processes.
1.4 Sealing and Insulation - The oven is designed with good sealing performance to prevent
heat loss and ensure the stability of the internal temperature environment. High - quality
insulation materials are used in the oven walls to reduce heat dissipation to the outside
and improve energy efficiency.
1.5 Safety Protection System - It is equipped with a safety
protection system, including over - temperature protection, leakage protection and other
functions. When the temperature inside the oven exceeds the set upper limit or there is an
electrical leakage fault, the safety protection system will act immediately to cut off the power
supply to prevent safety accidents and protect the safety of personnel and equipment.
