1. The working principle of a Rubber Product Laboratory Hot Air Oven

1.1 Heating System - It is equipped with a heating device, such as electric heating wires or

heating tubes. When powered on, these components convert electrical energy into heat

energy, generating heat to raise the temperature inside the oven.

1.2 Temperature Control System - There is a temperature control system in the oven, which

consists of temperature sensors and controllers. The temperature sensor continuously

monitors the internal temperature of the oven and transmits the temperature data to the

controller. The controller compares the actual temperature with the set temperature and

adjusts the power supply to the heating device to maintain the temperature inside the oven

at a constant and accurate level.

1.3 Air Circulation System - An air circulation system, usually composed of fans, is installed

in the oven. The fans drive the air inside the oven to circulate, ensuring uniform distribution

of heat and minimizing temperature differences in different parts of the oven. This enables

the rubber products to be heated evenly, which is beneficial for the vulcanization and curing

processes.

1.4 Sealing and Insulation - The oven is designed with good sealing performance to prevent

heat loss and ensure the stability of the internal temperature environment. High - quality

insulation materials are used in the oven walls to reduce heat dissipation to the outside

and improve energy efficiency.

1.5 Safety Protection System - It is equipped with a safety

protection system, including over - temperature protection, leakage protection and other

functions. When the temperature inside the oven exceeds the set upper limit or there is an

electrical leakage fault, the safety protection system will act immediately to cut off the power

supply to prevent safety accidents and protect the safety of personnel and equipment.

Control method: The SSR module controls the output to achieve fine PID temperature control. (It covers the impact of large instantaneous current impact and large control fluctuation caused by traditional zero-crossing triggering, and can make the output voltage change smoothly and linearly, and automatically adjust the output power size according to the temperature error, so that the internal temperature of the equipment is stable and the performance is excellent.)
Air supply mode: Forced horizontal air supply/strong pressure horizontal air supply
Timing device: HS48S-99.99 timing device can be switched on and off manually or automatically. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the timing starts. When the time reaches the set range, the heating power is cut off. A buzzer alarm is sounded.
Secondary mechanical protection:

Prevent the main temperature control of the equipment from failing, causing the temperature to continue to rise.

When the secondary protection setting value is reached, the heating is cut off and an audible and visual alarm is issued.
