1. The working principle of an Industrial Nitrogen filling oven
Firstly, the oven is equipped with a heating system, usually composed of heating
elements like electric heating wires or heating tubes. When powered on, these
elements generate heat, which is evenly distributed inside the oven chamber
through a circulation system, often including fans, to achieve a uniform temperature
environment. Meanwhile, the nitrogen supply system continuously fills the oven
chamber with high - purity nitrogen. Nitrogen, being an inert gas, displaces the air
containing oxygen and other reactive gases in the chamber, creating an oxygen - free
or low - oxygen inert atmosphere. This inert environment effectively prevents oxidation
and other unwanted chemical reactions of the materials being processed during the
heating and treatment processes, ensuring the quality and performance of the products.
