furnace with cast iron crucible is more easy in operation, and more cost saving.
The natural gas fired zinc alloy melting furnace doesn’t require cooling system, and is very easy in installation and operation.

3. Features
3.1 The crucible zinc alloy industrial metal melting furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and
sectional steel.
3.2 The refractory lining of the industrial metal melting furnace is made of once-forming castable.
The castable material is high temperature type supplied by Allied Mineral Products (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
The heat preservation layer is comprised of porcelain fiber board, and light mullite heat preservation bricks.
Advantages of lining: good heat preservation purpose, low energy consumption, and long service life.
